Under Amendment 27 to the Colorado Constitution, the maximum contribution to a State House campaign is $400 per person for the election cycle (corporate checks are not allowed). Since the Kerber For Colorado campaign would have to return contributions over $400, we have decided to receive contributions by check instead of credit cards.
